Shipping, sizing, returns, and how we make our gear.
When will my order ship?
Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping. Most U.S. orders arrive within about a week total, and you will get tracking by email.
Where are your products made?
Our designs are created in America. Items are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. We are honest about this: the design is ours and American, and the printing is handled by a trusted print partner.
What is your return policy?
Because everything is printed to order, we cannot take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind, so please check the size guide. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a size guide. Since we cannot exchange for sizing, it is worth measuring first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only for a short window after ordering, since production starts fast. Email info@unitedpatriotapparel.com right away and we will try.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
