How our products are made

Everything we sell is made to order. When you place an order, our fulfillment partner, Printful, prints your item and ships it to you. It is produced just for you, which takes a little longer than off-the-shelf retail and creates far less waste.

Production & shipping time

Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. Within the United States, delivery after production usually takes about 3 to 6 business days. These are estimates from our fulfillment partner, not guarantees. You will get tracking by email when your order ships, and shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Changes & cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order for a short window after it is placed. Email info@unitedpatriotapparel.com as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Returns & refunds

Our items are printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please use the size guide before ordering.

We will make it right if something is wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email info@unitedpatriotapparel.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address & lost packages

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, though additional shipping may apply. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.
