By using this website or buying from United Patriot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Every item is made to order and printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each piece is printed individually, small variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and are not defects. Product images are representative.

Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, so choose carefully.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable.

We screen orders for fraud and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or high-risk. If we cancel your order, we will refund it in full.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at info@unitedpatriotapparel.com and we will make it right. Filing a chargeback on a valid, delivered order (sometimes called "friendly fraud") is a breach of these terms, and we will dispute it using delivery confirmation and order records.

Orders are produced and shipped by Printful, and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Because our products are printed to order, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

The United Patriot name, logo, and all designs are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or counterfeit them without our written permission.

Please do not use this site to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the site.

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, United Patriot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
