THE AGREEMENT

By accessing this terminal (website) or purchasing our equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 2:

FRAUD PROTECTION & ORDER CANCELLATION

We utilize advanced algorithmic screening to detect high-risk orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

[a]Suspicion of bot activity or automated script usage.
[b]Mismatch between Billing and Shipping addresses (High Risk).
[c]Flagged IP addresses associated with known fraud.

If your order is flagged, it will be immediately voided and refunded. No questions asked.

SECTION 3:

CHARGEBACK POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE)

THREAT_DETECTED: friendly_fraud

We take theft seriously. "Friendly Fraud" (filing a chargeback on a delivered item) is considered a violation of this contract.

[1]If a chargeback is filed against a valid delivery, we will dispute it aggressively using carrier delivery confirmation and IP logs.
[2]Any user who files a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently blacklisted from all future United Patriot drops. Your credentials will be burned.

SECTION 4:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

"United Patriot Apparel," "The Fabric of Freedom," and the Direction 1 Logo are the exclusive property of our operation.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or counterfeiting of our assets will result in immediate legal action.

SECTION 5:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.
